Treatment Packages

  • 5 Treatment Package — $500

  • 10 Treatment Package — $990

Treatment packages are valid for one year and can be used by any member of your household. Extensions for treatment packages past one year are also available per request.

Please reach out if cost is a barrier for you to seek treatment. While we are currently unable to offer a sliding scale fee structure, we are happy to work with you on payment plan options or alternative payment arrangements.
